To reach the Aeolian Islands, you can fly to Catania, Naples, Palermo or Reggio Calabria airports; by sea, you can travel via hydrofoil from the ports of Naples, Messina, Milazzo, Palermo and Reggio Calabria and by ferry from the ports of Naples and Milazzo.

› From Messina with your car by ferryboat:
It is necessary to reach Milazzo port by car via motorway (1h). Once arrived in Milazzo, you can catch the first ferry departing from the port, such as SIREMAR or NGI.
› From Catania with your car by ferryboat:
It is necessary to reach Milazzo port by car via motorway (1,40h). Once arrived in Milazzo, you can catch the first ferry departing from the port, such as SIREMAR or NGI.
› From Palermo with your car by ferryboat:
It is necessary to reach Milazzo port by car via motorway (3h/300 km). Once arrived in Milazzo, you can catch the first ferry departing from the port, such as SIREMAR or NGI.
BY TRAIN
Milazzo station is the nearest to Aeolian Islands. In order to reach the port, you can catch the bus or get a taxi (around 4 km).
